1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and syok8 ("Platform", "we"). These Terms govern your use of the website, services, games and all features provided by syok8.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to these Terms. This acceptance also covers the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall syok8 terms document.

If there is any conflict between terms translated in another language and the Malay version, the Malay version shall take precedence in all dispute resolution matters.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the syok8 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list or gambling prohibition list of any regulatory body.
• Use the account in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
• Not currently be in a state of insolvency or bankruptcy as declared by a court.

syok8 reserves the right at any time to request identity verification documents such as a national identity card (MyKad) or passport to confirm your eligibility. Failure to comply with a verification request within the stipulated period may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

3. Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to own and operate one (1) active account on the syok8 platform. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — even using different information, devices or IP addresses — is prohibited and will result in the closure of all related accounts and the freezing of all accumulated balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including:

• Your full name as shown on your MyKad or passport.
• An active mobile phone number registered in your name.
• A valid and reachable email address.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification purposes.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. All activity that takes place in your account is considered to have been carried out by you. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact our customer support immediately via live chat 24/7.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

syok8 supports a range of payment methods to make your financial transactions convenient:

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered under the same name as your syok8 account. Financial transfers through third parties are not permitted and may result in the account being blocked and funds being returned.

syok8 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal, particularly for transactions exceeding a certain value. This is a standard security measure to protect your funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

syok8 offers various promotions to registered users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific rules stated at the time the offer is launched. The following general terms apply to all promotions:

• Bonuses are only available to users who meet the eligibility requirements of the promotion.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash unless the wagering requirements have been met.
• Each account, IP address, mobile number, device and household is only eligible to receive each offer once, unless stated otherwise.
• syok8 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

For the Welcome Bonus: A 100% bonus of up to RM888 will be credited once the first deposit has been successfully processed. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus value received. For example, if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus (balance RM200), you need to reach a wager of RM2,500 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. If you deposit RM1,800 and receive the maximum bonus of RM888 (balance RM2,688), the wagering requirement is RM22,200.

For the VIP Cashback Bonus program, weekly cashback is calculated based on your membership tier — Bronze up to 0.2%, Silver up to 0.3%, Gold up to 0.5%, Platinum up to 0.6%, and Diamond up to 0.8%. Tier advancement depends on your activity and playing loyalty on the platform.

6. User Conduct

To keep the syok8 platform safe and fair for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts or any non-human mechanism to interact with the platform.
• Transferring funds between other user accounts for the purpose of money laundering or fraud.
• Cooperating with other users to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Exploiting technical weaknesses, bugs or system errors.
• Submitting false identity information or modified documents.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your real location or identity.

Violation of any of the above rules will result in disciplinary action including temporary suspension, permanent account closure, balance freezing, and referral to the relevant authorities if required.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the syok8 platform — including but not limited to website design, source code, graphics, icons, audio, video, text, logos, brand names, and overall layout ("Content") — is the exclusive property of syok8 and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to access the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, distribute, republish, or sell any part of the Content.
• Modify or create derivative works from the Content.
• Use syok8 logos, names, or materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Scrape or automatically collect data from the platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

syok8 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or at the request of a competent authority.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, syok8 reserves the right to freeze and withhold the remaining balance pending an internal investigation. If an account is closed at the user's request without any breach, the remaining balance (after deducting any bonus that has not met the wagering requirements) will be returned via the original payment method within a reasonable period.

9. Limitation of Liability

syok8 provides the platform "as is" and makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or delays. To the extent permitted by applicable law, syok8 disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

syok8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or business opportunities.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance or events beyond our control.
• Losses arising from the actions of third parties including payment providers.
• Loss of data or account access resulting from a user's failure to safeguard their password.

10. Changes to Terms

syok8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be announced via a notification on the platform or by email to the address registered in your account.

The effective date shown at the top of this document reflects the latest version of the Terms. Continued use of the platform after changes to the Terms take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

syok8 operates under a valid international licence. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which syok8 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, before being referred to arbitration or the appropriate legal proceedings.

Users acknowledge that the responsibility for ensuring that participation in online gambling activities is lawful under their local laws rests entirely with the user. syok8 makes no representation regarding the legality of using the platform in any jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
